![]() ![]() Close out of the "Site Manager" and open up the main settings for Filezilla.Undoer Windows this can be found under "Advanced." and is called "Passive transfer mode settings".Under MAC OS X this can be found under the "Transfer Settings" tab.Open up the "Site Manager" and make sure the that the "Transfer Mode" is set to "Default".If your connection settings are correct and you are still experiencing problems connecting to the Harmonix FTP server then make sure you are connecting in Passive mode. That you have accepted the security certificate.Server type: FTPES (aka FTP over explicit TLS/SSL or FTP with TLS/SSL).Make sure you are using the most current version of your FTP client.If you are experiencing problems connecting to the Harmonix FTP server please double check the following: To upload files or folders to the Harmonix FTP server you can either drag and drop from the local view to the remote view or you can drag from a local folder or your desktop to the remote view.To download files or folders from the Harmonix FTP server you can either drag and drop from the remote view to the local view or you can drag from the remote view to a folder or your desktop or you can right click on the file or folder you would like to download in the remote view in choose download.Once successfully connected you will see a screen similar to the below screen shot the area on the left (highlighted in green) is your local computer file browser, the area to the right (highlighted in red) is the remote FTP file browser.You might want to check off the option to 'Always trust certificate in future sessions.' to avoid seeing this warning every time you connect to the Harmonix FTP server. Please note you might receive a certificate warning, you can safely disregard this warning by clicking 'OK'. Once you have entered the site / account information click on 'Connect'.Password: Please use the password that was provided to you.User: Please use the user name provided to you.Servertype: FTPES - FTP over explicit TLS/SSL note that on older versions of Filezilla this is labeled as FTP over TLS (explicit encryption).You can name the site what ever you like use the following information to setup the connection: ![]() Once you have the site manger window open click on 'New Site'.Click on the site manager icon in the upper left corner. Open the Filezilla FTP client you will see a screen similar to the following.Please note that if you use an FTP client other than Filezilla that we use explicit TLS to secure our FTP server the FTP client you are using must support explicit TLS (on some FTP clients this might be labeled as explicit SSL/TLS, or FTPES).
